Although our turnaround time will vary depending on the volume of orders, they will generally ship in less than 2 weeks. with the correct shipping cost.

Fabgifts products are neither returnable nor refundable. Because each product is a custom order and is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or make refunds. Goods to be embroidered are custom ordered and custom embroidered based on information provided by the customer. We ensure high quality materials and workmanship; however, should there be a problem with your product that is not due to customer error, we will work with you to resolve that problem.
